Before You Send is a paid, AI-powered conversational service designed to help users think through and draft personal or professional messages before sending them.

The Service may include:

• Live AI-guided conversations
• Emotional routing to match users with an AI agent
• Message drafting and rewriting support
• Tone and clarity feedback
• Optional screenshot uploads for contextual analysis

The Service provides guidance and draft suggestions only. It does not guarantee outcomes, responses, reconciliation, agreement, or resolution from any third party.

2. Nature of the Service

AI agents simulate conversational interaction but are not human advisors.

You remain fully responsible for any message you choose to send and any outcomes that result.

3. Credits, Sessions & Payment

The Service operates on a paid message-credit system.

• Users receive a limited number of messages before being prompted to purchase credits.
• Credits are required to continue conversations beyond the free allocation.
• Conversations may pause or end if credits are not purchased.
• AI agents may go offline after inactivity.

All payments are due at the time of purchase.

Because this is a digital, consumption-based service, refunds are not guaranteed once credits are used. If you believe there has been a billing error, you may contact support for review.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You have the right to share any message or screenshot submitted.
• You will not upload content that is illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or violates another person's rights.
• You will not use the Service to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, manipulate, or harm others.
• You understand that all communication decisions are your own.

Before You Send reserves the right to refuse service, terminate sessions, or restrict access if content violates these Terms.

5. Screenshot & Content Submissions

Users may upload screenshots or text content to provide additional context.

By uploading content, you confirm:

• You have lawful access to that content.
• You have removed or consented to sharing any sensitive information.
• You accept responsibility for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

Before You Send does not verify the authenticity of user-submitted content.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

User submissions are treated as private and confidential.

• Content is not sold or used for marketing without explicit consent.
• Data may be temporarily retained for operational, quality, safety, or system-improvement purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. AI Behavior & Availability

AI agents are designed to simulate realistic conversational timing and behavior.

However:

• AI responses may vary in tone, speed, or accuracy.

Before You Send reserves the right to modify features, message limits, or session structures at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original submitted content.

Before You Send retains ownership of:

• The platform structure
• Conversation frameworks
• AI interaction design
• Branding, processes, and written systems

These may not be copied, redistributed, or reverse-engineered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Before You Send is not liable for:

• Emotional distress or misunderstandings arising from sent messages
• Actions or reactions of third parties
• Outcomes resulting from communication decisions
• Losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
